Our benefits package includes a generous company pension scheme, profit share bonus, long service awards including additional holidays.

Heritage and History

We're a family business established in 2001 and based in Cheshire in the North of England. Colin, our Founder and Chief Executive, is from a Yorkshire Dales farming family, a background that has driven his interest in strategic land promotion and specifically working with farmers and landowners to secure planning on agricultural land. We're always on the lookout for new people who share our passion for getting results.

Our People Plan is our ‘roadmap’ for employee development, and covers resourcing, talent management and development, employee engagement, recognising and rewarding excellence, and business partnering. Our People Plan has the full commitment and support of our Board and is reviewed on an annual basis.

Employees are encouraged to maximise their level of performance and contribution to the business, and to grow to their fullest potential. To help reach and sustain optimum performance, we provide you with timely and objective performance feedback via our annual appraisal process.

As a commitment to ongoing career development, we have a philosophy of internal promotion, wherever this is possible. We also encourage our people to take on the challenge of new and more demanding work.
