Muller Property Group is pleased to confirm the appointment of Anwyl Homes as its development partner for a residential development site in Sandbach, Cheshire.
Located off Old Mill Road, the 20-acre development site will comprise up to 203 high quality market and affordable new homes in a mix of types and sizes. With outline planning permission secured in May 2024 and contracts now exchanged, this project marks a major step forward in addressing the local housing demand.

As the newly appointed development partner, Anwyl Homes has now submitted its detailed plans for the project, which include 30% affordable housing.
The proposals also feature infrastructure enhancements, including the addition of a new arm to the roundabout connecting Old Mill Road (A533) and the A534, near Waitrose, to help ease traffic flow in the area.
The development will offer a mix of detached, semi-detached, and mews houses, ranging from two to four bedrooms, along with one-bedroom apartments. The affordable homes will be seamlessly integrated and indistinguishable from the open market properties.
