Muller Property Group drives future business growth plans with duo of senior appointments
Muller Property Group has announced a duo of new appointments to its senior management team in a bid to drive its future business growth plans.
Jonothan Croft and Richard Lawrence have been appointed as senior members of Muller’s Land Acquisition Team to deliver the Group’s long term plans around strategic land promotion, sustainable house building and the creation of future development opportunities.
Croft’s passion for the sector began in 1993 when he graduated from university with a planning degree and postgraduate diploma. Since then, Croft has become a career professional, gaining valuable skills and experience in land acquisition, consultancy and project management in the housing and property field.
Prior to joining Muller Property Group, Croft spent eight years working for North Wales care home developer, Castlemead.
Bringing with him over 17 years’ experience in the property sector, Lawrence has key skills in the areas of investment sales, international property development, residential property and residential land acquisition.
In his most recent role as Land Acquisitions Director for the Deansgate Group, Lawrence honed his skills and experience around corporate frameworks and the Government’s Affordable Housing Incentives.
