You’ll work directly with our Managing Director, taking full ownership of financial management and reporting while playing a key part in strategic planning and business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading the finance function, including monthly reporting, cash flow management, and budgeting

Developing forecasts and long-term business plans to support sustainable growth

Providing commercial insight to inform high-level decision-making

Managing project funding, bank transactions, and liaising with auditors

Overseeing the professional development of an Assistant Accountant

Playing a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and shareholder returns
What We’re Looking For:

A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within an SME environment

A strong grasp of budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder communication

Experience in property development is a plus, but not essential

Familiarity with Sage Accounting Software is desirable

A self-starter with a collaborative approach and eye for detail

£50,000 – £60,000 salary depending on experience

37.5-hour work week with flexible hours and early Friday finishes
