Muller has been granted planning permission for 73 dwellings off Barden Lane, Burnley on a brownfield site.
The 6.5 acres of sustainable site is located on the Leeds-Liverpool Canal close to Reedley Marina and within the walking distance of Burnley town centre. The land is allocated for housing in the Burnley Local Plan.
Muller now has approval to deliver 73 new properties on the site. This will include 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom mews, semi and detached houses.
The mature, tree-lined site is accessed directly off Barden Lane and benefits from canal frontage. The development includes the creation of a green corridor along the canal with several properties fronting directly onto the water.
