The proposed development site is in an area of approximately 2.20ha (5.4 acres). It is 1km north-west of Loggerheads Village Centre and situated immediately north of Eccleshall Road which connects Mucklestone Village and Loggerheads Village. The site is regarded as highly sustainable due its proximity to the built edge of Loggerheads.
An application was submitted for 70 dwellings on 3rd October 2017.
The application was refused on 3rd January 2018.
The Appeal was held at full inquiry in November, and the inspector will make his decision on, or before 21st January 2019.
