This is a small parcel of land located on the eastern edge of the settlement of Chester and lies within the defined settlement boundary of Chester.
Muller submitted an outline planning application for up to 8 dwellings on the the site which extends to 0.3 hectares in size and is situated to the rear of 1 Ring Road, Great Boughton in Chester.

Liaising with the Case Officer with regards to the number of dwellings which has been reduced to 7. The replacement dwelling application was refused, following which a Written Reps appeal was submitted on 28th April. The Written Reps appeal was validated on 10th May. We were subsequently granted the permission for outline.
