Planning permission for 39 dwellings was granted in August 2012.
The option agreement with the landowners was completed in March 2008. In September 2011 an outline planning application was submitted for 39 dwellings.
The application was recommended for approval at planning committee in April 2012 and outline planning permission was granted in August that year.
