This is a residential development site for up to 171 homes.
Muller Property Group submitted the outline planning application to Bassetlaw District Council in December 2018. The standard consultation expiry date is Wednesday 13th February 2019.
Subject to planning approval, the site may include new dwellings consisting of approximately 35 two-bedroom, 34 three-bedroom and 102 four-bedroom houses.
The decision deadline date has been extended to 24th May. The council are defending their five-year supply position and our consultants are currently reviewing the latest information to determine our prospects.
The application went to committee on 22nd May and was refused. We have organised a meeting with the Case Officer and Planning Development Manager to discuss promotion of the land with the Council.
In October (2019) we submitted an outline planning application for a residential development of up to 170 homes. A decision is expected early in 2020.
