Development Site Acquired in Stanwell, Surrey:
The circa 1.8-acre site is located within the Stanwell Moor neighbourhood in the urban village of Stanwell, Surrey. It is 16 miles (26 km) west of central London and lies on the southern boundary of London Heathrow Airport, 2 miles north-east of Staines.

Muller Property Group identified the site’s potential for elderly care and will be looking to achieve consent for a state-of-the-art care home facility which, once built, will comprise 80 bedrooms with en suite wet rooms.
Prime Location:
This site is located on a main bus route with easy access to Staines and Hounslow, providing future staff and visitors with convenient public transport.
The site is currently in use as a paddock with residential properties located to the north and east of the site. To the west are The Staines Reservoirs, two large pumped storage reservoirs. Adjacent land on the banks of the reservoir is a Site of Special Scientific Interest and the site is within the Green Belt allocation.
Prominent access to the site will be sought from Town Lane Road which forms the immediate eastern boundary to the site.
