Muller Property Group is delighted to announce that outline planning permission has been granted by Shropshire Council for a high-quality residential development on land west of Harley Road, Cressage.

The approved outline scheme will deliver up to 60 new homes, including affordable housing, on a well-located 6.01-acre site that will help meet local housing needs while providing significant investment in community infrastructure and green spaces.

The development has been carefully designed to create a sustainable extension to the village, incorporating:

  • Improved access from Harley Road, a new pedestrian crossing and associated highway improvements.

The site, located on the southern edge of Cressage, offers excellent connectivity to Shrewsbury and the wider West Midlands while remaining within walking distance of local amenities, including the village school, shop, GP surgery and community facilities.
