Muller Property Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Andy Barrett as Land Director (Midlands & Central), strengthening the company’s team as it continues to expand its national land portfolio

Andy joins Muller with more than 25 years of experience in land acquisition and strategic development across the residential and retirement living sectors. He has a strong track record of securing high-value development sites, managing complex negotiations, and leading teams to deliver profitable, sustainable projects.

Prior to joining Muller, Andy held senior land roles at McCarthy & Stone, Retirement Villages Group, PegasusLife (Lifestory Group), and Churchill Retirement Living. His experience also includes running his own consultancy, providing strategic land and development advice to high-net-worth clients and development partners.

In his new role at Muller, Andy will lead land acquisition across the Midlands & Central region, working closely with the wider land and planning teams to identify opportunities, working with landowners to appraise potential sites, and support the successful promotion of strategic land through the planning system.
