Muller Property Group is delighted to welcome Ben Bell to the team as our new Technical Manager.
Ben joins our Cheshire office from Shockingly Fresh, where he held the role of Project Manager since 2021. With six years of experience spanning the energy and sustainable agriculture sectors, his background includes key roles at Forsa Energy and Land Referencing Services. He has delivered projects involving hydroponic vertical farms, EV infrastructure, and Battery Energy Storage Systems, demonstrating strong expertise in managing complex planning applications and ensuring the successful execution of technically demanding projects.
Ben’s appointment reflects the continued expansion of our technical team as we grow our national footprint. In his new role, Ben will work closely with our national land team and an extensive network of consultants to carry out detailed due diligence, evaluate potential sites, and support strategic planning efforts. His contributions will be key to uncovering viable development opportunities and proactively resolving potential issues from the outset.
