Muller Property Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas Dudley as Technical Manager, based in our Cheshire office.
Thomas brings with him a wealth of experience from Ardent Management Limited, where he helped lead in the delivery of nationally significant infrastructure projects, including East West Rail and the South East Strategic Reservoir Option (SESRO). Prior to his time at Ardent, he worked at Carter Jonas LLP as a Land Referencer, gaining in-depth, practical experience in the full lifecycle of CPO, DCO, and TWAO projects.
Earlier in his career, Thomas served as an Environmental Officer at the Environment Agency, where he managed site inspections and risk assessments, and helped organise government-funded initiatives related to hazardous waste management across Staffordshire.
In his new role, working within the technical team, Thomas will help manage our increasing number of planning applications from submission through to determination. With a strong commercial understanding of land referencing services and knowledge of compulsory purchase processes and related legal documentation, Thomas adds valuable expertise to our expanding team.
