Urban designer Maisie Mullins has joined Muller Property Group’s design team, helping to shape new residential communities through strong urban design and placemaking.

Maisie brings a strong foundation in architecture and urban design, alongside early professional experience in education-sector projects. As an Architectural Assistant at Ellis Williams Architects, she worked on the early design stages of new-build schools, from primary schools to colleges, navigating complex site constraints and contributing to Design and Access Statements for projects including the Cheshire Archive and Reaseheath College.

She studied at the Manchester School of Architecture, completing her BA (Hons) in Architecture and Master of Architecture. Her work there spanned retrofit and social housing through to design-led responses to historically sensitive sites, including a first-class Master’s dissertation and design project focused on Berlin. She has a particular interest in inclusive design, green space, and how context and history can shape meaningful places.

In her role at Muller, Maisie supports the preparation of Design and Access Statements, sketch layouts and masterplans, and contributes to site design evaluation and scheme visualisation. She is keen to apply her design skills to large-scale residential schemes and place-led masterplanning.

Speaking about her appointment, Maisie said:

“Joining Muller Property Group has given me a unique opportunity to deepen my understanding of land promotion while continuing to develop my design skills. I’m excited to be part of such a hard-working, supportive team and to see the schemes I work on progress through planning.”

Maisie’s appointment forms part of Muller’s continued investment in design and planning expertise as the business brings forward a diverse range of residential and care schemes.
