Muller Property Group is delighted to announce the promotion of Julie Doherty as Managing Director of our Care division.
Julie joined Muller in March 2023 and has since played a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the care sector. During this time, the planning promotion and trading of care development sites has become a key part of our business, and Julie’s leadership has been instrumental in accelerating our presence and reputation in this highly specialised market.
Over the past two years, Julie has demonstrated a clear vision and drive, recognising the significant opportunities within the health care sector. She has focused on building a robust pipeline of planning-approved and technically deliverable sites, bringing many of these to market and successfully managing their onward sale.
Under her leadership, Muller’s care offering has gained strong recognition among operators, developers, funders, and construction partners, with the business now viewed as a highly credible and reliable source of ready-to-develop care sites.
This appointment signals an important milestone in our ambition to become a market leader in delivering high-quality care development sites across England, specifically tailored to meet the growing demand for end-of-life, specialist needs, and dementia care.

Julie brings with her a wealth of experience from a diverse career. Her early background in sales and marketing included working with leading global brands such as Diageo in Ireland, where she led a number of international campaigns. She then transitioned into the technology sector with Allegro Networks (later part of an IIX company), where she became a trusted advisor to CTOs, selling point-to-point connectivity solutions across the UK. For the past decade, Julie has worked in the property sector, where she has successfully led sales teams at Vita Student and CitySuites, further sharpening her skills in team leadership, strategic planning, and high-value transactions.
