Muller Property Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Thomas as Group Managing Director, as the company enters a new and ambitious phase of growth.
Matthew is an accomplished business leader with over 15 years’ experience driving growth, transformation, and operational excellence across a range of high-growth SMEs in sectors including property development, infrastructure, renewables, mechanical & electrical (M&E), and SaaS.
In his new role, Matthew will focus on consolidating, structuring, and expanding Muller’s core divisions, with a particular emphasis on strategic land and care, two key growth areas for the Group. His appointment reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening leadership as it scales operations across the UK.

Recognised for his results-driven approach and commercial insight, Matthew has a proven track record in leading complex projects, navigating regulatory environments, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships across both the public and private sectors. His past successes include the strategic turnaround and rapid expansion of Warmer Energy Services, which grew to over £20 million in turnover and was recognised in the Mazars NW Growth 100, culminating in a successful private equity exit.
His leadership credentials are underscored by recognition from Deloitte UK’s Fast 50 and other industry awards, affirming his expertise in strategic planning, financial management, operational delivery, and business transformation.
