We are pleased to announce the appointment of Sec Chi as Financial Controller at Muller Property Group. Sec joins the business with more than 25 years of experience across both practice and industry, including over a decade at senior management level.
Sec brings a wealth of financial expertise from the property, construction, healthcare, and wholesale sectors. Most recently, he held the position of Finance Director and Board Member at BCEGI UK, where he was responsible for the full scope of financial operations, working closely with the board and overseeing a team of accountants.
Sec brings a hands-on style to problem solving and business planning. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and is passionate about building strong financial foundations that support long-term growth.
Speaking about his appointment, Sec said:
As Financial Controller, Sec will take full responsibility for the finance function at Muller Property Group, and will work closely with our recently appointed Group Managing Director – Matthew Thomas, to provide commercial insight, support long-term planning, and assess investment opportunities that align with Muller’s growth strategy.
As Muller Property Group continues to expand its footprint and invest in strategic land and care home site, Sec’s arrival signals our commitment to operational excellence and strategic growth.
