Muller Property Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Hartley Beames BSc (Hons) MRICS as Area Land Director – South East.
Hartley is a highly experienced Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years in the property industry, having built a successful career in both agency and development. His appointment marks an important step in Muller’s continued expansion across the South East and reinforces the company’s commitment to identifying and delivering high-quality land opportunities.
Hartley joins Muller from Nevis Consultancy, where he served as Managing Director, providing development consultancy and agency advice to landowners and developers, while also leading the creation of the firm’s innovative AI Property Assistant product.
Previously, Hartley was a Director and Shareholder at BlackOnyx Group, a residential and mixed-use developer specialising in acquiring sites pre-planning. During his time there, he oversaw the acquisition, planning, and sale of developments across Greater London and the Home Counties, including large-scale regeneration projects such as a 111-unit mixed-use scheme in Brentford with a GDV of £50m.
Earlier in his career, Hartley held senior positions at Knight Frank, CBRE, and Richard Ellis St Quintin, where he developed extensive experience in residential development and land agency.
