As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an exceptional Senior Project Manager (Planning & Technical) to join our team and play a pivotal role in bringing strategic land and development opportunities to life.
Based at our headquarters in Cheshire, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced planning, technical or development professional who wants to take ownership of complex projects and work alongside some of the most respected experts in the property industry. The role offers a competitive package of £65,000 basic salary with on-target earnings of £75,000, alongside the chance to work on nationally significant development opportunities.

The Opportunity
As Senior Project Manager (Planning & Technical), you will take responsibility for managing the planning and technical delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, care, mixed-use and strategic land developments.
Working closely with internal teams, consultants, local authorities, and key stakeholders, you’ll drive projects through the planning process, coordinate technical inputs, manage risk, and ensure developments progress efficiently from concept to consent.
This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving complex challenges, and influencing outcomes that shape communities for generations to come.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a commercially aware and technically capable professional with experience in planning, development, technical management, or project delivery within the property sector.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong knowledge of the planning and development process
- Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
