We’ve strengthened our technical team with the appointment of Redmond Hodgkinson as Senior Technical Manager.
Redmond joins Muller Property Group with extensive experience in the delivery of large-scale residential and retirement living developments, bringing strategic oversight across all design and technical disciplines. With more than a decade of client-side project management experience, he has successfully delivered complex schemes from early feasibility through to completion.
Before joining Muller, Redmond held senior roles at Gladman Retirement Living, where he led architecture, engineering and technical teams across all RIBA stages. He played a key role in shaping land appraisals and feasibility designs, driving design standardisation initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and warranty requirements. Most recently, he acted as business lead on implementing processes aligned with the Building Safety Act 2022, helping to future proof development delivery.
In his new role, Redmond will support land acquisition and feasibility work, strengthen Muller’s technical capability, and help accelerate the delivery of high-quality, compliant care home development sites across the business.
