Planning permission for Phase I was approved at appeal in July 2014 for 132 dwellings on a 12.8 acre greenfield site on the western edge of Alsager, followed by Phase II also approved at appeal in June 2016 for a further 40 dwellings.
In October 2016, a Phase III application for 74 dwellings was submitted by Muller, this was later refused in February 2017. A month after the refusal, a planning appeal was submitted against the decision of Cheshire East Council, this decision is currently outstanding and detail of the outcome will be provided in due course.
