Proposal

An outline planning application as been submitted for a 75 bed care home to Stevenage Borough Council. Located to the East of North Road and approximately 1.8 miles to the North of the town centre of Stevenage. The proposal occupies a rectangular plot of land approximately 0.37 hectares and currently contains a large residential dwelling that will be demolished as part of the development proposal.

The existing access to the site is going to be retained with parking provided for 23 No. vehicles, this would include 2 No. disabled spaces and space for an ambulance. Existing trees are to be retained as part of the development along with a landscaped garden for the residents.
