After having a positive pre-app meeting with Fylde Council in May 2023, we are now pleased to announce the successful approval of planning permission for a 76 bed care home in Warton, Preston.

The approval was granted on 24^th January 2024, marking a significant milestone for the company, reflecting our unwavering commitment to providing high-quality, purpose-built facilities that cater for the evolving needs of the community.

The 76-bed care home scheme aligns with our vision to contribute positively to the local landscape and enhance the quality of life for residents in catchment area Warton, Fylde coast and Preston.

The project is now in the final stages of selecting a strategic operator to collaborate with, ensuring that the chosen operator shares a commitment to delivering exceptional care services that prioritise the well-being and comfort of residents.
