We are excited to bring forward a new 80 bed care home scheme in Kidderminster. The site is 1.1 Acres and is located just North of Kidderminster town centre and borders residential and commercial developments with excellent waterside views.

The proposal provides a new build residential care home of 80 beds over 3.5 storeys, benefiting from ensuite bathrooms for the elderly with associated amenity facilities, car parking and external landscaping, including private residents’ gardens.
