Proposal
The proposal is for an 80 bed care home in Sandy, Bedfordshire standing at 2.5 storeys, with associated car parking and landscaping. Sandy is a town and civil parish in Central Bedfordshire, England. It lies 8 miles to the east of Bedford, 18 miles to the south west of Cambridge and 43 miles north of Central London.
Vehicle and pedestrian access is located to the east of the site, utilising the existing access point, which will prevent disruption to traffic along London Road.
All aspects of the Care Home have been designed to achieve maximum residential comfort and well-being in a homely environment where the staff are facilitated to deliver the highest standard of care.
