Proposal
Muller Property Group has secured a 0.68-acre site within a recently completed housing development by Bewley Homes. The proposed purpose-built, 70-bed, three-storey care home will address the undersupply of 312 wet room beds across the Borough of Guildford by 2030. The site is situated south of Hammersley Drive and east of Hop Garden Way, occupying an angular piece of land.
The development will include the following:

- 70 en-suite wetroom bedrooms
- Additional spa bathrooms on each level
- High quality landscape and communal gardens for residents
- Communal areas for residents such as dayspaces and a market stall

- 25 car parking spaces including 2 accessible bays and 1 ambulance space
- 8 cycles spaces

A new vehicular access is proposed via a new junction directly off Hammersley Drive. Waste and deliveries will be accommodated within the site where vehicles will enter the site, turn around and exit in a forward direction.
