Proposal
Muller Property Group is bringing forward proposals for a 5.97-acre site on the east side of Stonebow Road, to the north of Drakes Broughton. Identified as a prime residential development opportunity, the site will play a key role in addressing the urgent local need for new homes.
Our vision is to deliver around 70 high-quality homes, with 40% designated as affordable housing to support first-time buyers and local families.
The scheme has been carefully designed to enhance village life and provide lasting benefits, including:
