Proposal
Muller Property Group is bring forward proposals for up to 144 new homes on land south of The Green, on the edge of Corby Glen. The scheme would provide a mix of 2-5 bedroom detached and semi-detached houses, including affordable housing, in a layout shaped by the surrounding landscape and the village’s existing character.
The scheme would include:
- Up to 144 new homes in a range of sizes, from 2 to 5 bedrooms, with a 30% affordable housing provision
- New public open space and play areas, with green landscaping throughout
- Careful protection of the existing trees, hedgerows and public footpath on and around the site
- Improved walking routes connecting the new homes to the rest of the village
- Sustainable drainage and new planting designed to support local wildlife

The site sits on the south-western edge of Corby Glen, close to existing homes and within easy walking distance of the village’s schools, shops and local services. The site connects to existing village streets and footpaths, while enjoying open Lincolnshire countryside immediately beyond.

The proposals would help address the need for new homes in Corby Glen and across South Kesteven, while bringing wider benefits to the village. New residents would support local shops and services, and the scheme would create publicly accessible green spaces for walking, play and everyday recreation.
