Development Details

Muller submitted an outline planning application for up to 60 dwellings on the 2.4 hectares of land which is situated west of Harley Road, Shropshire.

This site is allocated for development within the emerging Shropshire Council Local plan. The site was validated on 1st March 2021. The decision deadline has been extended to allow the Case Officer to receive the outstanding consultation responses.

We are awaiting feedback from the Case Officer as to their recommendation of the application.
