Currently undeveloped land used for crop cultivation, the site is situated approximately 3.8km west of Oakamoor, 2.4km south of Kingsley Holt and 1km east of Cheadle town centre. Outline approval is sought for access to the site with matters of scale, layout, appearance and landscaping reserved for later applications.
