Development Details

The proposed development incorporates a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed dwellings, up to 17 of which will be affordable homes, in support of local housing needs.

An array of local amenities and services including schools, supermarkets, healthcare facilities and parks are situated within a kilometre of the site, making it a highly sustainable residential location and one which supports active travel.

Currently undeveloped land used for crop cultivation, the site is situated approximately 3.8km west of Oakamoor, 2.4km south of Kingsley Holt and 1km east of Cheadle town centre. Outline approval is sought for access to the site with matters of scale, layout, appearance and landscaping reserved for later applications.
