Muller Property Group is experiencing a sustained period of growth across its residential and care home portfolio, with a significant number of planning applications submitted across England, reinforcing the company’s position as a trusted partner of choice for landowners seeking to unlock land value.
The business has been particularly active in progressing both care-led and residential schemes, reflecting strong demand for high-quality housing and specialist accommodation. Recent submissions highlight the scale and geographic spread of Muller’s pipeline, with projects ranging from bespoke, purpose-built care homes to large-scale residential communities.
Among the latest care developments, Muller has submitted plans for a 68-bed care home in Buckingham and a 70-bed care home in Andover, both designed to deliver modern, purpose-built facilities that respond to increasing demand for later living accommodation in well-connected locations. These new care sites form an important part of the Group’s expanding care home development pipeline.
In the residential sector, the Group continues to advance a number of strategically important schemes. These include proposals for 73 new homes in Whissendine, outline plans for a new residential development in Malpas for up to 93 high quality market and affordable new homes, and a major submission for Phase 2 at Nantwich South, which could deliver around 400 new homes alongside a local centre and extensive green infrastructure.
This activity is further supported by additional planning applications across the portfolio, including schemes in Crewe, Cheshire for up to 520 homes, including 30% affordable housing, alongside a local centre, car parking, amenity space, and allotments. Corby Glen, Lincolnshire, for up to 144 new homes, and Kings Bromley, Staffordshire for up to 69 new homes, underlining the breadth of Muller’s ongoing work and its ability to bring forward sustainable, policy-compliant developments in a range of locations.
Matthew Thomas, Group Managing Director at Muller Property Group, said: “Across both our residential and care sectors, we are seeing strong momentum as we continue to bring forward a diverse range of sites. Each project presents its own opportunities and challenges, from infrastructure considerations to local policy requirements, but our experienced in-house teams are well placed to unlock value and deliver high-quality, sustainable developments.”
Matthew added: “Our current pipeline reflects both the scale of opportunity in the market and our proactive approach to site promotion. We are working closely with landowners, local authorities and consultants to ensure schemes are thoughtfully designed, policy-aligned and capable of delivering meaningful benefits to local communities.”
Muller Property Group continues to expand its portfolio, with further planning applications expected to come forward throughout 2026 as the business builds on its strong pipeline across key growth areas.
