join our team

Muller Property Group is on the lookout for ambitious planning graduates who are looking for a rewarding career in the land and property sector. If the idea of working with a family-run business with a prestigious reputation, then Muller might just be the place for you.

Muller operates nationally, and is currently looking to expand the team in the north west, as well as the central, northern, southern, eastern, and western regions.

What we offer new graduates

At Muller, graduates are given the opportunity to gain experience working in a variety of departments within the business to allow them the chance to understand all aspects of the sector – you won’t be pigeonholed into one department.

The industry knowledge you’ll learn from working at Muller is second to none. We are not offering a typical ‘grad scheme’ where you will be one of many new recruits, instead you will be nurtured and helped in the initial stages of your career through a truly one-to-one tutoring process.

Working across the group, planning graduates will be able to gain invaluable insights and expertise from our supportive department heads who can help you to progress your career with us.

Aisling Monaghan, Graduate Planner at Muller Property Group shares her experience as a graduate working at Muller: “I started my career journey at Muller Property Group. Throughout my time with the business, I have had the opportunity to delve into the world of planning and strategic land development, where I have been exposed to all stages of the land acquisition and planning process.

“I have been able to work with an inspiring group of diverse professionals who have welcomed me to the Muller team and shared their knowledge and skills which has been an invaluable experience and a great start to my career.”

What we’re looking for

You will need to be enthusiastic about developing your skillset, as well as willing to learn on the job.

We need to see your energy shine through and be confident that your organisation skills are second-to-none. Communication is also key at Muller, so you’ll need to be on top of your game there.

Of course, good qualifications are important but that is just one part of what we are looking for. Ultimately, we are more interested in your personality than grades on a CV.
