Proposal

This 1.8-acre care home development site is located within the Stanwell Moor neighbourhood in the urban village of Stanwell. The site is 16 miles (26 km) west of central London and lies on the southern boundary of London Heathrow Airport, 2 miles north-east of Staines. This site is located on a main bus route with easy access to Staines and Hounslow, providing future staff and visitors with excellent public transport.

With Surrey facing an increasingly ageing population with a life expectancy above the national average for both men and women. 230,000 people in Surrey are over the age of 65 with an expected growth to 270,000 people by 2030, with the largest growth expected in the number of people who are 85+.

This care home development is set to provide much-needed, high-quality care for elderly residents in the Stanwell local community. Each of the 80 ensuite bedrooms will be thoughtfully designed to offer a comfortable, private, and safe living space, ensuring residents feel at home.
